Great Nutritional Support
I joined this app in order to start eating healthy and follow a nutritional diet plan to be able to lose weight. I initially signed up for a 6 weeks diet plan with Elie Aoun and I lost 5 kg during that period of time. Then I went on vacation and wasn’t really as disciplined as I wanted to be but only gained 1kg which was easy to lose once I got back. Now, I’m signed up for another 8 weeks so I can lose up to 10 kg and I can’t wait to show progress :).
